Dating Tips From People Who Don't Date...

Because they have successful marriages and dated right.

Dating - Difficult Attempt To Identify Non-Asshole Guy/Girl. ...but as difficult as it is we keep trying, because in the words of our imaginary best friend Andre (3000) Lauren Benjamin, "don't nobody want to grow old and lonely". I asked my married friends for dating tips to help all the singles on their journey to find their BFF's with benefits. (And really asking another single person for dating tips is like asking someone without a driver's license how to drive...question it. No shade.)

Tip #2: Don't waste your time with someone who expresses they are not looking for a commitment, if you are. If they said it, they mean it, and not even Beyonce singing "Drunk In Love" wearing a dress made of money, while cooking in high heels, offering a house with an indoor and outdoor pool could change their mind.

Tip #3: "Be open minded. Still have high standards, but make sure those standards aren't all about physicality. The cuteness wears off. What you are really looking for in a mate is someone you can spend the rest of your life with. Someone who makes you happy, someone who understands you. Not a dude/girl who's [just hot]." A few feel good quotes. "Never give up!" "Power in numbers. (Date a lot.)" "Love by all means."

I've linked all of the advice givers IG profiles so you can see how connected they are to their BFF's with benefits. Trust me it's real I've witnessed it first hand.  (But don't believe all IG romances, some just do it for the gram.)
